I recently came across a post from a fellow therapist highlighting the importance of "hacking our happiness" and increasing self -esteem through energizing hobbies. As a therapist, wife, mom, community activist, and business owner, life can feel like a whirlwind of responsibilities, obligations, and commitments. Amidst the chaos, it's all too easy to lose sight of ourselves, to forget to nurture the very essence that drives us forward – our self-esteem.

You see, self-esteem isn't just about feeling good about ourselves; it's about recognizing our worth, honoring our needs, and embracing our unique journey with love and compassion. And let me tell you, one of the most potent ways I've discovered to cultivate and nurture self-esteem is through the magic of energizing hobbies.
